Aircraft Maintenance Management Services

Anderson Aircraft Services has developed a program that gives owners/operators their own Maintenance Manager and fixed cost on a majority of its aircraft maintenance throughout the year.  We have a truck that travels to your hangar facility to complete the maintenance, which saves you travel time and money.  Larger maintenance items will need to go back to an MRO.  

We don't just show up and work on them.  We manage the logbooks, any programs, will help with your maintenance budget, available 24/7 by phone, manage any projects (ie: paint, interior, and avionics upgrades), manage AOG situations, participate in flight operations (SMS programs, safety meetings), and more.

We are able to offer this at a much cheaper cost than hiring someone. You will feel like you have your own Director of Maintenance. We strive to stay active in the flight department.

• a bunch of Inspection Documents 
• Battery cap checks and main ship battery changes

                               NiCad or lead acid

• Main and nose wheel changes
• Engine & APU Starter/Generator changes
• Engine Alternators change
• L3 and Emer battery changes cand Cap checks
• O2 bottle changes
• Emer Bottle changes
• ELT checks
• Engine & APU fire bottle changes 

                              Squib changes, if needed

• Portable fire extinguisher weight checks (in-house), internal, hydrostatic checks (Internal and hydro checks will be sent out. We have spare bottles so you can continue to fly.)
• Engine minors 

                               oil, oil filter, fuel filter, ignitors, and engine washes 

• APU oil, oil filter, fuel filter change, ignitor check
• We will complete what we can based on current tooling 
• Will complete at least two monthly walkaround inspection and servicing
• The more equipment we have and can acquire the more maintenance we are able to complete in-house
